We'll take an in depth look at this powerful and productive user interface to help you understand how it can work for you in your daily operations and administration. We'll explore iSeries Navigator, learn power techniques, and take a tour through the best of what iSeries Navigator has to offer, up to and including our most recent V5R3 release.

About the Speaker

is a principal at Arbor Solutions, Inc, an IBM Business Partner in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Oak Brook, Illinois. An award winning COMMON speaker and frequent user group speaker, Larry grew up learning about computers from his father who repaired them starting in the 1960's. Continuing with tradition, Larry graduated from Calvin College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and almost immediately began working on IBM's midrange equipment. Larry has worked extensively with the S/34 and S/36, the AS/400 and continues to work on the iSeries and today's eServer i5. Larry is an IBM eServer Certified Systems Expert on the iSeries and he holds nearly 40 IBM iSeries and AS/400 certifications. Larry specializes in connectivity, security, performance, system design and migrations. He also works extensively with Cisco routers and firewalls and other supporting network infrastructure equipment.
